Refund and Return Policy for Karkadigm E-learning Courses
Karkadigm strives to provide you with high-quality educational experiences. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This policy outlines our refund and return options for our e-learning courses.
Eligibility for Refunds
- A full refund will be granted if you request it within 30 days of purchase.
- We cannot offer refunds for partially accessed courses.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must not have accessed any course content beyond the introductory materials (e.g., trailers, course descriptions).
Non-Refundable Items
- Lifetime access to courses cannot be refunded after purchase.
- Individual modules or sections of courses cannot be refunded separately.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to support@karkadigm.insifloai.com with the following information:
- The reason for your return
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your Insiflo account
- The name of the course you wish to return
Processing Refunds
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of our decision via email within 5 business days.
If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for our e-learning courses. However, if you are unhappy with a course you have purchased, you may be eligible for a refund as outlined above.
